Designations

Russell Stehling has earned the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU^®), the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) and the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC).

CLU^®    The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation has long been recognized as the fundamental and foremost educational credential for life insurance professionals. Since 1927, more than 94,000 individuals have earned their CLU, helping them build a successful life insurance practice by providing clients with knowledgeable and ethical advice. For financial representatives, field management, home office personnel, and others involved in providing life insurance products to the public, the CLU designation symbolizes continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.

ChFC^®    The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation focuses on the comprehensive financial planning process as an organized way to collect and analyze information on a client's total financial situation; to identify and establish specific financial goals; and to formulate, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals. The ChFC program provides financial services professionals with in-depth knowledge of the skills needed to perform comprehensive financial planning for their clients.

CLTC    "Certified in Long Term Care" is the long-term care insurance industry's only independent professional designation. Created in 1999, and focused on the field of long-term care planning and provides legal, accounting, insurance and financial service professionals the critical tools necessary to address the subject matter with their middle-age clients. Study is centered in how to create a plan that preserves the emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing of a client's family should care be necessary. Once established, options to fund that plan, including, Medicare, Medicaid, the Veterans Administration, self-funding and long-term care insurance, are reviewed and recommended where appropriate.

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 

Since 2009, Russell Stehling has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) the Premier Association of Financial Professionals, The Million Dollar Round Table is an international, independent association of more than 35,000 members, or less than 1 %, of the world's most successful life insurance and financial services professionals from 476 companies in 76 nations and territories. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.

Founded in 1927, MDRT provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards. 

National Quality Award (NQA)

Russell Stehling has won the National Sales Achievement Award and received the National Quality Award (NQA) each year from  2006 through 2011 .

NAIFA's longest-standing award, the National Quality Award recognizes NAIFA members for competence and dedication as indicated by their persistency records. Those who qualify for the NQA understand their clients' needs. The policies they sell remain in force for when their clients need them most.
